I brought this pendant home from New Zealand as a souvenir, and several years later, finally got around to making a necklace for it. It was the first time I'd used this weave, called "SlowWorm," an adaptation of the Half Persian chain. I like this weave a lot, it's dense and moderately flexible, and has a great feel. The front and back sides of the weave are equally interesting, too.
