WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY? 

Our products are custom printed just for you and are manufactured to your specifications. Furthermore, it may take longer than usual to produce and deliver your orders. For more information, please see our shipping policy.

DO YOU SHIP ABROAD? 

Yes, we ship all of our products internationally. Furthermore, we are using the standard international service, which will result in a low shipping fee.

ARE THERE DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19? 

We are experiencing some delays in customs orders as a result of strict government regulations around the world during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is entirely determined by the local customs regulations in each affected country of origin. We have no control over the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays as a result.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Shipments to the US have a cost of 4.99$ if the order is below 100$ and free if the order is above more than 100$. Shipping costs may vary in particular promo periods and sales. Please refer to the checkout pay to get more details.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER? 

A tracking number will be generated within 5 to 7 business days of the order being placed. In addition, once the product has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track it. If you have not received tracking information via email as expected, please contact us at support@darktreedesigns.com for assistance.

 CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You have 24 hours after placing your order to change or cancel it. All you have to do is send a request (modify or cancel) to support@darktreedesigns.com and include your order ID so that we can assist you.
